Traditional north indian samosa filled with lightly spiced potato and peas (2 per serve)

Shredded vegetable lightly spiced and fried till golden brown served in gravy of Saute garlic, green chillies and spring onions
Boneless Chicken pieces marinated in yoghurt and spices then cooked in the Tandoor, served with yoghurt and mint sauce

Lamb cutlets marinated in yoghurt and spices then cooked in the tandoor, served with a satay and coconut sauce
